I have been seeing quite a few interesting rigs like that showing up and where they are showing up is the most interesting part. Our Military is dragging them back and they are showing up on the GOV auctions The vehicle was never sold in the US and does not meet US standards.
I would be VERY concerned that had a VIN form a US market van put on it.
