once it opens there's a line running across with arrows, it should run up and down the road normally, but in this case it runs across it (not sure why). Clicking these moves you back and forward in the series, normally this moves you up and down the road but because they were bogged it just moves you in time while the patrol was rescuing them.

This is awesome. I showed it to my friend and he found that the Patrol followed to Tilpa at least. Might be a support truck. Makes sense not to do your Streetview surveying in one vehicle
