Thought I'd drop a few pics into the mix of our 2003 Xterra when we were living out in Colorado up until last fall. Hello to all.:ylsmoke:

Hi Steel,

I imported this truck from Japan on my own... saved a bundle!

i know you probably have a million other things to do but is there any way you can do a write-up about the purchase + export/import process? of course canada is different than the US but then again maybe not too different.

I feel out of my element making such a request. What the hell, everyone else is doing it. And everybody knows I just follow the crowd because that's easier.

It's margarita night at my home desk, and I'm feeling f i n e. Raise your glass and show your Nissan, por favor. Whaddya got? Xterra? Frontier? Pathfinder? Titan? Armada (that'd be a big surprise)? X-Trail? Patrol? Or something old skewl?

(Is the Pathfinder called something else in Europe, Australia, etc? I can't recall.)

Anyway, my contribution is attached - she's a 2005 D40 Frontier, black as an insurrection out of a certain epic by John Milton. Less the desert pinstripes.

Where's yours?

:ylsmoke: You're one funny dude.

We've put on a shell and have a bigger Hannibal tent now:

Had to pull the winch cable one day because there's a problem with the solenoid - won't spool in, only out. Gotta pull the bumper to sort it out. Wanna help? :)

Damn, that looks great! I love the palm trees. Nice tent. Who in the heck convinced you that a Hannibal would be up to the task? :) Hey, regarding that winch, did you try checking the little pins on the controller plug? See if any of them look a little small in diameter, and if so, take a small flat blade screwdriver to it and pry the two halves of the pin slightly apart. You may just be getting poor contact from one of them. It's worth trying before pulling the bumper.
