Nitto Terra Graplers / Springs

I have 4 18" (255/55/18) 2003 DII rims from a SE7. They have nitto terra grapplers tires, 3 of them with 5 thousand miles, and 1 of them with no more than a cuple houndred miles. The 5th rim comes with a michelin same size.
Also I have 4 used stock springs, from the same Disco.
