There is always more than meets the eye. Some of these trails have not been used in years and it's necessary to do some upkeep to make sure they do not disappear into the landscape. Making these trails accessible to future overlanding trips is one of the goals. Not many rigs are as capable as these G wagons so it is important to make them as accessible as possible to most 4x4's. It's also important to use caution and not take unnecessary risks to your undercarriage when traveling the Baja. Getting a tow in this remote areas is not anyone's bucket list.
