No Top/Soft Top Overland Trip

I think there's something to be said to go out on an adventure on a no top + tarp. Just being out with nature and experiencing the full brunt of it. Rain or Shine, Cold or Hot -- ok maybe not freezing cold. As what they say, overlanding is more about the experience of getting to the destination! With that said, my wife and kids will totally not approve.

I have a 2004 LJ and in the summer you won't find it with a top. Ever. I run with nothing but a Spidershade. If it rains when Im out I slip on the raingear and cover the Jeep at night. Of course your climate and needs may vary

I spent six days running Jeep trails camped n the mountains last week. The doors stayed in camp where they belong.
