Northern Tool Mini Build - Bolt Together Ingenuity!

I started this build over a year ago and it has taken a couple of turns. Unfortunately I lost all of my pics from Phase I of the build because I changed jobs and turned in my laptop.

I still have plans for the Mini Trailer - Tongue Box, Extend the Tongue, 12v power with solar, Chop up the inside of the trailer and compartmentalize, Cover, Cross bars, RTT. Hell, I'm tempted to sell this thing and start over with a larger trailer kit.

More pics to come as I add/change things and haul this beauty on some camping excursions - starting with this weekend.

I coated the bare wood with something I sourced from Academy Sports - It is Marine/Boat Repair and paint. 100% waterproof and includes kevlar and fiberglass in the mixture.

It hardened the box and gave me the finish I wanted pre-paint.

I like the color. Did you save any of the extras from the old jeep?
How bad was registering the trailer with the state?

Thank you... I stripped the old Jeep before my insurance company took her off.

Fortunately in TN we don't have to register a trailer OR have a license plate.

I extended the tongue tonight and added a tongue box... Next up - Wiring everything via 12v system with Solar drip

Nice trailer. Seriously it's almost identical to mine. I have a gas shock opening lid which has dual Kyocera 120 watt solar panels.
