One on my family friends built this in his garage. He has been in a wheel chair since the early 80's He has built this entirely by himself other than his 12 year old daughter helping him. I will try to answer as many questions as best as possible
That's pretty cool. I have to admit, from how the photos look it almost looks low enough to get stuck on a really tall speed bump. I can understand why it is so low though.
