NPR truck camper build

Ok got a measurement. Overall height is 139 inches from top of cargo box to ground. So 11'-7" that should be OK.

Yes, no problem IMO except for possibly some remote rural roads. Almost everything you encounter is over 13' high. We are right at 12' with our build and I am not too worried about anything on main roads in the USA.

What are your current plans for waterproofing the garage area walls? (We live in Seattle and so are always thinking about water intrusion).

Boy If that were mine, I'd buy or build a steel cabinet box and mount that noisey generator under the bed of the truck on cushions.
But that's just me!

I like how that camper is working out for you. I'm thinking of remodeling my Class A, then moving on to an Isuzu NPR with a Camper like yours. Only I'm thinking a Lift gate on the back so I can carry my motorcycle on the back. And of course that would mean a side entry door camper.

Love following you build. I've got some Buddy's who are Retired Instructors for Isuzu Truck Division that was located in Atlanta that I've been forwarding your progress.
They are excited about the project.

All the wood to wood pieces have been put together with screws and liquid nails sealant. The wood to camper and wood to flat bed have been screws, foam sealant tape and silicone. The interior walls will be insulated with the foam board insulation. The exterior walls I think will be screwed and siliconed fiberglass boards in white. Doors I think I'll use weatherstripping like you see on older car door jams. I am concerned with water as well but I feel confident that I can keep the moisture out.

Thank you, yes those damn noisy generators. I've got some ideas though on that problem we'll see if it turns out.

Yeah I hope you can build one also. I'm enjoying it very much and there are so many older NPR's and old campers out there to be bought cheaply compared to new so that you can focus on the build options and customizations.

I've got so many ideas in my head how I want it but you mainly have to just do it piece by piece and see how it goes. I've been fortunate and haven't had an "oh ****" moment.

Again thank you, brant
