Thanks man... will post some more pictures tomorrow, between this and two other customer trailers I don't get as much time as I would like to take nice photos of the build process.

Nice i think the painting looks awesome! would you be able to share how you constructed the frame and the composite panels for it ? I've been looking at different options for a build, whether to weld an Alu or steel frame or use Composite panels only. But i'm somewhat stuck on where to get good priced panels, or coming up with sufficiently strong frame construction to be enough but still light weight

there are 2 ways to do the panels... I start off with an aluminum exo skeleton, I will then glue and rivet the interior panel on to the exo skeleton... once that is done, I can then spray foam the wall.. that really tightens up the wall and makes it stiff.. once I am done all the shaving so that its even with the skeleton, I then put an aluminum 1/16 skin over that, and glue and rivet that on... thats for my 5x10 walls, for my 4x10 walls, there is a company that custom makes them for me call better panel in innisfail, check them out.21557905_10159704910075221_2180695563658480834_n.jpg21761554_10159704910400221_8465374561019745019_n.jpg

WOW this is beautiful... Any idea on weight? I built a trailer and really did not know what was best, seriously over build and over weight.
