I like his idea of starting with an ex-service truck! I may have to start looking for one of them. Probably cheaper than going the commercial topper route.

Looks like pretty much what I was wanting to build. I emailed and am going to go take a look at it if it hasn't sold yet. We already have a topper/longbed camping bed setup, but this would give me Enough room to hold 2 dirtbikes, a few mountain bikes, and more supplies than I need. It would be perfect for a climate controlled kennel for the dogs when we're out on bike rides/other K9 unfriendly activities. Plus those fold down tool boxes are screaming for a camp kitchen setup.
