If I may, I would like to make a few suggestions that may help you to sell this van (and I mean this in the best possible way). I've been loosely following your sale here on Expedition Portal. Get the van detailed inside and outside. Then go back and take new pictures for the listing. Some of the pictures you listed are just not very appealing (like the one with the bedding crumbled on the bed). Others make me wonder how clean it is. I do not mean this in a bad way. Then, the original posting still shows the sales price within the text as $115,000 - make sure to update it.
Get somebody to help you. You have a great rig, but you're not doing yourself the best favor the way how you are advertising it. A good detailer can really convert your van into a show vehicle. Maybe even clearcoat it and ask the detailer for help to take pictures for you. Many have their own Instagram, where they post their work. Those guys know how to make it pop.

I did have a complete detailed once, but the guy didn’t do a very good job then I started using the van again and right now. I’m up in the Sierras at the lake enjoying the van so maybe down the road I’ll try to sell it a little harder.
Bear in mind that most people are looking for a Winnebago revel type of van and they are not interested in taking it Offroad.
This van has a specialized niche for someone who wants to live in it not just use it on the weekends
