I know there is another threat out there regarding the EdgeStar 12V fridge. It just grew to large with content for both those who are thinking about buying, or feedback from those who have bought it, and mods as well.

Perhaps this thread can be only for providing upgrade Mods to the Edgestar Fridge (how to improve connectivity for 12v power etc.)

Again the FOCUS is on MODS made, or ideas you have to make the Edgestar a Better purchase.

Who wants to start?

Hard wired the 12v to Anderson Connectors with 10 Gauge wire!

Do you have any pictures of how you connected the 10 gauge wire to the circuit board? I need to do the same to mine. The stock connector doesn't make contact anymore and I have to wiggle it to make the fridge work. Turns off whenever I hit a bump with the truck.
