"If you're a family of four who like camping together and sharing experiences with each other, and are about to buy a new Jeep JK model, Jeep tells me that you can also include a Jeep Camper Trailer in the contract and roll off the dealership floor ready to hit the trails anywhere and be able to bring everything with you but the kitchen sink! It's definitely a worthy trail companion and can provide a much nicer sleeping situation than a pop-tent."

Nice review. I was a bit startled to hear the author say he'd rather have a 2" ball for off road though.

Nice unit it it fits your application.

I found this comment surprising: "According to Jeep, this is the first time an off-road camper trailer has been designed and manufactured specifically to mate with a Jeep ".

I saw one at the dealership and it was nice looking, the one problem I saw at a quick glance was the step was so low that it looked like it would not be long for this world if you really took it off road. I will stick with my Chaser and continue to love each outing with it.

Interesting that they are using only a standar ball hitch or an optional pintle hitch, then the fully rotating options are readily available and superior.

That bed looks awefully comfortable though.

Yeah, I immediately thought of AT and sort of had a "harrumpf!" response as I read the article. Plus, I've seen this thing up close, the quality of the build, in both the chassis and the softop, leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. As a long time admirer of AT's products, there is no comparison.

Ahhh marketing for ill informed.....buy a AT Trailer or many other manufactures products for a few more bucks and have twice the trailer. I guess the real appeal is those that want to have the life style can just add it to there monthly payment.
