If I plan to run an adapter, which lug pattern should I go with???
Also, Does Adventure Trailer sell their Air shock to the home brew guys????

Yes, but they are a very expensive items, the best, but expensive.
If you are looking for something budget we can sell the separate airbag and shock set up.
For a 5 lug adapter you need a 5 lug hub. I'd go 5 on 4.5 to 5 on 150
