I vote for a little armor #1...I like the protection as well as jacking points.

I've purchased two sets of sliders from Richard - absolutely great service and a super clean product.

For a rig with lots of sheet metal and glass, I chose the SKO style - I have the kickout on the beater truck and they do help prevent rear quarter panel damage (back when there WAS a bed and camper shell). Also have a set burned on to the Taco - the kickout really helps on a truck with some wheel base...

welcome to TOYOTA, plan on driving that thing for a "long" time, over on yotatech we got guys with over 200K miles, i have about 178K with no problems, and last 2 years are wheeling every weekend.
