It is a S-280 military communications shelter. You can pick them up on the government liquidation web site. I considered one of these as a quick way to get on the road, but ultimately felt it was too tall.

No...just using it bare bones. Works well.

Nice! We just got back from our first trip in ours and it's still pretty basic. Need to finish electrical and incorporate some type of heating. After that we'll leave it for a while to see what we want in a final version. One of these days I'll start a thread... For now, a pic from the trip (spend the night in a casino parking lot in Gallup and froze our rears off!)
