Oil Cooler / Transmission Cooler Failures

Has anyone ever experienced an age related failure of their oil or transmission coolers? I replaced the engine radiator around 190,000 as it was original and I considered it preventative maintenance (I know those can corrode from the inside out). I'm guessing oil & transmission coolers are less susceptible to internal corrosion so if they look alright from the outside they are good to go. Any info / experiences would be appreciated.

Looking for that thing i just had in my hand...
I've only ever seen them leak at the banjo bolts, new crush washers and they're like brand new again. Just do an inspection, if it looks good and clean you're probably fine. It's more likely to corrode from the outside than inside.
