OK, I'm stumped

Can anyone tell me where I put our 12V cord for our Engel fridge?

We've had the fridge for more than a year and it has never been inside the truck yet. Now I'm ready to put it in the truck and I can't find the darn cord.

My wife always says this;

Seems particularly appropriate in this case, since he covers lost items and travelers.

It's in the unmarked box on the top shelf in the garage...I believe when you put it there, you said something like....."I'll keep this here...it'll be an easy to remember spot for when I need it"....

oh, so it's with all of my oil filter wrenches and the shop manual for my old BMW? Hey ThomD - when you find the box, could you mail those back to me?

Almost. It was on the work bench in the garage, in the tool tray. Right where I would see it as I went looking on the far side of the garage.

BTW, oil filters are in a box labeled "oil filters".

Every time my Mom comes over I wind having to call her. Mom, did you toss out suchandsuch? Well it didnt look important to me. Last time she tossed a bunch of receipts I needed to return some pricey parts. /sigh what are you gonna do? Can't yell at your mom.

wife threw away the wiring harness for the Jeep once... I still haven't forgiven her for that one!
