This is my new rig. Really happy with it so far. First thing I want to do is find a canopy for it.

That thing is beautiful! I love those stripes on the hood. Did you get all the body work done too or is it original?

Original paint and stripes. Been a great truck. Absolutely no rust. Stock condition and will stay that way. Very capable rig the way it is!

I could be wrong, but it think some people consider that truck a sort of holy grail of toyota-dom. The single cab long bed was quite rare. I know I don't see too many these days.

Nice truck! Get a cap for it and go camping.

Yes, it is in nicer shape than than most, but up close has its flaws........................ just like all of us.

Took some searching to dig up this thread! All you dirtbaggers waking up from your winter slumber?

We had the first camping weekend, just a quick trip down to Oregon to pick up a new car for the wife. Just roughed it in the back of the truck, not too bad, nice and cozy with 2 dogs as well Tested the roof rack and awning on the topper as well, works great! I have the rack/awning mounted to yakima bars on yakima wide body brackets, should I be worried about the load on the fiberglass shell?
