OME sway bar interference/bumper noise...???? Help

I will try to take a picture but that is exactly what is happening...there are two small areas on each "wing" of the bumper where the paint has rubbed off...
I can't picture this contact making the noise I am hearing since the fender flare is plastic...maybe something else is contacting...

That is mounted way too close to the fender and it can make noise however I'm not sure its the noise you are hearing. I'd start by lowering the bumper to the appropriate level and see if your noise disappears.

That is exactly the noise u r hearing. It deffinetly sounds like a "clunk"

The plastic fender??? Is that what you mean...for a quick test tonight I am going to jam a bunch of foam padding in between the bumper and fender for the ride home...see if I can get rid of the noise before dropping the bumper again...
