On the Hunt for an LR3

Not sure if this is the right spot for this, possibly in the "For Sale" section???

My wife and I are looking to replace her minivan, and we've landed on an LR3 as the vehicle of choice! I'm hoping someone can help in my search, as I figure there's a few out there and maybe the right one is waiting for a new home. We'd like something that can serve as the kid hauler, grocery getter, daily driver, but also tow a camper on occasion.

We are not in a huge rush, but looking to make a purchase sometime in October.

Here's what we'd like to find:

• 2006-2008 (2005 would be ok for the right truck)
• Around 100k miles
• 7 seats
• Maintenance Records
• NOT White
• Tow package
• Budget is around $10,000 - Obviously, less is better, we are buying with cash

Preferences, but not deal breakers

• Cold Climate Package
• HD Package
• Green, Red, or Black
• Black interior
• No navigation
• Heated seats
• Roof Rack or at least the rails

If anyone in the club has a lead on a good candidate, please contact me directly, either via email or text. I'm located in the NW and would like to find something relatively close, but willing to travel for the right vehicle.

No affiliation, but I happened to check Phx, AZ, craigslist, and there's a black one that caught my eye due to the HD package.
Mileage higher than you'd like, but price is commensurately lower.

Do you recall the miles and price for the one in Phoenix? Just curious where the market is for such a truck as they rarely come up for sale with HD.

I think it was 151,000 miles and asking $7900. I'm not entirely sure about the mileage. Looked to be in good shape and had all service records.

Put a deposit down on a 2006 LR3 SE yesterday. Picking it up today, and can't wait!

get it checked out. I had a good deal also that turned out to cost me 1 1/2 times more than I paid for the vehicle. Get it checked!!!!!

It's still at the dealers to address a few issues. He wanted to keep it a few days to make sure it's solid since he just got it in when we snagged it. The Parking brake made the whine that is infamous, so we're going to have that fixed. Also taking it to a local shop for a once over. We were too excited to find the one we wanted, and didn't want to miss it!

I don't have too many pics, since we only drove it one day, but here's what I've got:

This is my wife's ride. I've been told implicitly that I cannot accessorize it beyond a roof rack. But that's what the XD is for anyway...
