Happy 3rd Birthday to my Jeep. 3 years ago today I received the shipping notice from Chrysler that said my Jeep had left the assembly line. I picked her up on July 2nd from Five Star Chrysler and via Antonio & Patrick.
The time since then has been filled with great adventures, great friends and zero regrets. If the next 50k are anything like the first 50 I will be a happy man. To all the friends I've gained along the way. Thank you for making these years truly enjoyable. Thank you Jeep for building my dream rig. And an especially big thanks to all the friends both local and in the off road industry who helped me get her to this point.
You guys are all awesome and I truly appreciate you in my life.

Modified my scepter cans today. Gravity feed for simplicity.

One for the trailer and one for the back of the jeep.

Capped mode for the trailer

Use mode for the trailer.
Cargo strap for stability.

Next I modified my rack to clear a nozzle when mounted.

A year ago today I put the Cooper Discoverer STT on my Jeep and I really could not be happier.
Tons of tread left. With over 20k miles on them and they are still at 16mm of tread depth. Have only lost one out of the 5 to trail damage (compare to 3 Goodyear MTRKs in half the time) Hands down the best off road tire I've ever run.

Rolled 58k today. Swapped the tcase fluid. And changed the oil out.

Need to find the right tool and fluid to do the transmission.

And I need to order some new cabin air filters I guess.

landing these here in addition to the other spot because this is my adventure thread too and saturday was an adventure.

Saturday my local club did something we have been doing for several years now and it is by far one of the best events we have on our annual calendar.
It was our annual "Children's Home Ice Cream Social and Back to School drive"
we team up with several businesses owned or worked at by our members to bring thousands of dollars worth of school and hygiene items to the kids at the local orphanage. Its also important to not only support them thru the donations but to also show them that they matter and that people care about them. To do this we bring several dozen gallons of ice cream down and put on a little party. Pull the doors off the Jeeps let them play, answer questions, hang out and have a good time.

This year hit me especially hard because a handful of the younger girls remembered me from the previous year and all rushed me to give me a hug when they saw me.

Between the thanks for the ice cream and the sticky fingered hugs from the younger kids and the handshakes and heartfelt thanks for the help with supplies form the older kids and staff, it was all I could do to keep from getting choked up.

This year in addition to the massive pile of supplies we were able to write a check incase we didnt get enough of an item or missed something.

I truly couldn't ask for a better set of friends than the big hearted people in my jeep club.
