Out with Ford V-10, in with the 7.3 gas engine.

The only thing I hate about the 6.2's is the noisy valve train. Putting the cam in the block should end that. (unless it's the injectors I'm hearing at idle)
 
The new chevy with it's 6.6 is rated at 460 TQ, will the bigger 7.3 without DI have more torque? I hope so, and at a lower rpm.
Hopefully it'll keep up with the eco boost in the mountains.
