Description:
OutBack 4x4 camper
Chassis backed by FUSO 5 year - 175 000 mile warranty.
Dutronic gear box - Diesel Engine*



Solar system based on 48 vdc step-down to 12 vdc with peak power tracking and using 550 amp hours of sodium phosphate batteries (very stable and rugged)
The heating system is diesel fired hydronic for both cabin heat and hot water, propane is only used for cooking and in a year the use has been one single refill of a 5gal.
There are fantastic fan vents in both galley and head which is a dry bath.
There are all new tires at 25k miles tires and two spared also new also tools for remote tire changing.
I have pulled a fishing boat for about half of the mileage with no problems at all.



This is a fully sorted out vehicle and will be offered ready to go after a complete detailing.



I HAVE INVESTED $175,000.00 AND THERE WILL PROBABLY BE AROUND 30K MILES WHEN I RETURN TO HAWAII SO AM OPEN TO OFFERS

I believe the design with sliders is not intended for people to ride in the back. There would be no room to maneuver. There is access thru the cab to the bed. Maybe Kona Bob can relate his experience with access to the back and whether you need to move the sliders out for bathroom or dinette use? My understanding is that the 19.5 steel rims with M608Z tires are necessary to support the rated GVWR of the Fuso and that the aluminum rim / tire combos work fine but reduce your GVWR. Since a lot of the Australian Fuso campers are derated because of their silly laws (sorry, my own little editorial comment there), it isn't an issue there and I'm sure isn't an issue for this build.

Another question I have is about the Super Single wheels which are listed here as aluminum. I thought they would be steel for strength needed to support the weight of the rig.

We run those aluminum wheels with Toyo Open Country 315/75/16 tires on our EarthCruiser. Rims rated (and DOT stamped) for 1800 kg (4032 lbs), tires rated for 1750 kg (3920 lbs), so total capacity would be limited by the tires at 7000 kg (15,680 lbs). Fuso FG chassis is about 6000 lbs so the house and load could go up another 9,680 if you wanted. I don't know what the Outbacks weigh, but or EarthCruiser weighs about 10,500 lbs empty. 3/4 full of fuel & water, minimal gear & driver is 11,700 lbs. Really loaded nearly full fuel and water, driver, passenger, big dog, and way too much gear - we're at 12,700 - we still have nearly 3,000 lbs of tire and wheel capacity to go (I can't imagine we'd ever get there). Running 19.5 steel rims and associated tires is fine if you want, but not necessary for us. I'm sure the Outbacks are heavier than the EarthCrusiers, but I doubt that they would get above 15,000 unless you really loaded one up.

I would say that you are rated for 5730+(3920*2)=13,210 pounds.

Which is still fine / not an issue since you are at 12,700 pounds fully loaded.

Gotcha. In that case you might want to modify the "total capacity would be limited by the tires at 7000 kg (15,680 lbs). Fuso FG chassis is about 6000 lbs so the house and load could go up another 9,680 if you wanted." It gives the wrong impression that you now consider the total capacity of the vehicle to be 15,680 pounds.
