For $28-35k I would take a Forester over this thing anytime, sorry.

I take mine out all the time, I will say though we bought the Outlander to replace our Forrester and it's a way more solid mom wagon and heaps more power.


That being said, keep your Montero. Or buy the new Montero Sport if they decide to sell it here.

for 34K you can get Toyota 4Runner SRS 4x4. Having said that I wish Mistu can sale Outlander as many as they can so they can stay in U.S and North America.

Seems that "lock" mode is pretty handy to have in a AWD system on a crossover if you want to get a bit off the beaten path
