Nice job on the series, watched them last night. I liked the recurring emphasis on accessibility to silent sports ("...useful for hiking, fishing, photography) Nice to visually appreciate the thought process- get into Mario's mind as it were. Gotta have the detergent! :)
Great little truck. Looking forward to many more.

We understand that not everyone is going to buy from us, and that's OK, we are happy to provide the content as a way to support the community.

This is the approach that makes the difference, at least for me, between a company that is worthy of my business and one that is not. Success (money) can be generated in any number of ways, and I am heartened to see a company that is confident enough in it's abilities to share information without fear of losing business.

I am not, and may never be, a customer of AT, but I certainly respect them.

I have a little more video to edit on another vehicle we did a build on, it's completely different from the build on Mario's truck, shows other designs for different applications.

I spent yesterday videoing a series on "Compressors and On Board Air" with George from Extreme Outback. We captured a huge amount of information on the subject. Now for the hard part doing the editing.

Very nice videos. I've watched them and now have so many more ideas and things I want to build into my Bronco. I kinda wish I lived closer to you guys.

It definitely get the brain cells spinning. There are so many things you can do, but it's best to spend a while working out what it is you are trying to achieve when the build is complete and then back into it.

Working from the end point you can create a dream list and then pair it down based on funds, and available space. Having a priority list is essential, make sure you cover all the must have items first before you move onto the items it would be nice to have.

With our community spread all over North America proximity is an issue, but we sell full kits for things like water systems, on board air, flat packed composite storage etc. and assistance with installation is a phone call or e mail away.

Just watched the series last night. Very nicely done. Even my wife was interested and commented that you're "very articulate"...not a comment she throws out lightly!

I really like that Thule rail system!

Hey Martyn,

First, good job. My wife & I enjoyed the videos for our evening entertainment for tonight.

Second, I thought I would let you know that on your page:
http://www.adventuretrailers.com/trucks.html

The 8 Overland Vehicle Design & Development Video Series videos show up as a red X (file not found) when I go to your web page and I cannot click on them. However the 6 Nemo Truck Build Videos show up and play just fine.

I right clicked on one of the Nemo Truck Videos and went to your YouTube page and watched the Overland Vehicle Design & Development Video Series from there.
Just now I went to the:
http://www.expeditionportal.com/resources/overland-vehicle-design-video.html
web page and I can see and play the 8 Overland Vehicle Design & Development Videos just fine. Not sure if it is just my computer or if others are having this problem on your web page. I am using Windows 7 and IE 8.

Cheers,

Craig

PS
I should add that when I went to your webpage a couple days ago when you first posted this I was able to see the videos, but did not try playing them then as I did not have time.

I checked the videos using Firefox and they all played fine.

I did a Browser compatibility check and the only issue was "Half Line Height Bug, but that only effects Internet Explorer 6.

Anyone else having viewing issues?

It has to be some sort of Microsoft bug as I just went back and still do not see them. I then clicked refresh and now I no longer see the Nemo Truck Videos!

Somthing wrong with your JS. Make sure the references are all correct and that the JS files are in the right spot. IE: AC_ActiveX.js and AC_RunActiveContent.js are there and the path is correct.

But to get it working again until you can figure it out, remove the <noscript></noscript> tags around the videos.

<script type="text/javascript">
AC_AX_RunContent( 'width','522','height','317','src','http://www.youtube.com/v/ZP5lc4sXWs4?fs=1&hl=en_US','type','application/x-shockwave-flash','allowscriptaccess','always','allowfullscreen','true','movie','http://www.youtube.com/v/ZP5lc4sXWs4?fs=1&hl=en_US' ); //end AC code
</script><noscript><object width="522" height="317"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/ZP5lc4sXWs4?fs=1&amp;hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/ZP5lc4sXWs4?fs=1&amp;hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="522" height="317"></embed></object></noscript>
