Lookin sharp!!

My biggest concern is always having a rock-slider type side though so it can stand up to the abuse I take things through....

Would that be in the future?

I like a lot of the design here. I'm going to offer nitpicky thoughts that are note meant to insult, but to encourage thoughtful design. Please don't get offended.

1) Looks like you've wasted a couple inches on the rear for attack angle based on that tail end metal hanging out. Cut it down or extend the rear. I do like the flange you made for the rear bracketing!
2) It seems harder than necessary to wash your hands. I don't want to pull that thing all the way out just to scrub the paws.
3) The finish work up top looks good but doesn't look very useful since the top has to pop up.
4) Spare tire? Where.
5) Bike rack? Where would it go? on top will make the roof heavy. On back...?
4a, 5a, maybe a 2 inch receiver but again where Maybe the anser to 5 and 4 is to add some receivers to the top rear? Then you could add a fold out spare tire holder or bike rack.
6) Was that no-step sticker temporary? I stepped on my aluminum nemesis fenders on my JK all the time. If that's still the case make those fenders stronger, especially if made from diamond plate.
7) The tilt pop roof makes it pretty tight when in table mode. Is that tall enough? Would it be better to have a non hinged roof given the small size? Maybe add a hinge about 3 feet in the roof that allows the entire roof to go up then forward to make uniform clearance?
8) Propane storage location ... will get hit by a tree... Really that seems very vulnerable at this point. Move it or armor up.
9) I like the box but if the tongue is short it seems like it'll hit the two vehicle on sharp turns. (could be perception)
10) I like the shackle points but the hardware looks small enough that it'll get ripped off easily. Are there more than just those small bolts? (Make em longer with bigger hardware)

Keep making awesome stuff, it looks good and my feedback is meant to help, not tear you down!

Sweet trailer! I've been following for a good bit. Its almost exactly what I have been looking for for a good while now. A couple questions if you would entertain.

1) whats the overall width (outside axle)
2) what's the outside wall width
3) estimated tongue weight?
4) what are the wall materials? I can't quite tell in the pics, but it appears to be all alum with some foam insulation? Just wondering how much thermal bridging will occur and what it may be like at temps below 0 F.
5) how easy/difficult could it be to entertain suggested changes, within reason
