UPDATE I have a couple of RV5 tents for sale still, in great shape and ready for use $750.00 each, I can ship from Flagstaff to Phoenix through a friend of mine, I can not ship anywhere else. Camping season is fast approaching

Blacvkhawkip. I purchased one and should have bought two. Mine was in like new... I'd say new condition!

Thread update : All tents and cots are sold, the only thing left are the chairs, they are in very good - New condition, local pick up only
