Well someone is going to get a great deal from Disabled Explorers. I recently bought a Oztent RV-2 to test since I figured the quick & easy setup would be a great thing for the disabled community. That along with it's wide front door and front awing would work well for someone in a wheelchair.
It is a really cool tent but just too long for my FJC inside or on the roof (it is 7ft long packed) and the wgt of 44lbs means it would be tough to handle if you had a mobility issue. Of course if you drive a truck and have someone else to carry it for you then this tent rocks.
It is very well made and the setup (done 1 time in my backyard) was beyond simple, take it out of the bag, lay out each "leg" and then lift the front cord and it is up. It comes with a couple of poles for the front awning and once you have staked eveything out the setup is very very nice.
So you get an Oztent RV-2 that has been setup 1 time in my backyard then replaced in it's box for $400, brand new it is $700! Not only that I will cover the UPS ground shippment to you for free (that could be worth some serious bucks).
Here is a link to the site for more info:

And a killer review by Nullifier of the RV-4

The money will go right back into the Disabled Explorers testing kitty so we can try even more products that might help the disabled community enjoy the outdoors....and once we get the website back in action you will be able to read our review of this tent.

Wow, killer price for a nice changing room or tent. I am thinking maybe an awning/changing room/guest house for our future trailer!

PM sent.

Well the tent is on hold for TheGillz until further notice with dbregman next in line...
These really are well made and if I could handle transfering on & off the roof rack I would keep it....but I know it will go to good use with the fine folks around here.

Payment sent, thanks for your patience guys. Needed to figure out if we could use this smallish tent right away, or if it was just "fluff" for us...either way we decided it was just too good a deal to pass up. Cant wait!

Well keep me in mind if it doesn't work out for you. I will gladly pay you the $400.00. I really want to see one of these in person.

Thanks

Many thanks to Lance for a great deal and quick shipment, I recieved the tent today, and aside from some dust on the bag, looks like it was shipped unharmed. I will do a back yard expedition with my daughters this weekend and post up pics and my impressions in the equipment section after.

Thanks again Lance, I would recomend working with you on anything to anyone else on the forum.

To anyone that wanted it. I have you in mind if it doesn't work out. Thanks all. Great people here!
