OutdoorAZ that is a cool video! Never been through the Canyon. Hiked down but just watched rafters go by. Was the water cold? Hoping to canoe between Lee's Ferry and the dam this spring.

I didn't think so. It couldn't have been a better trip! We launched at Diamond Creek and spent 3 days going down to lake Mead. I definitely wouldn't want to do that in a canoe!

The weather has been so incredibly mind (warm) here in SW Idaho, that I took advantage of it and went paddling today at a local lake.

Didn't take the dog with this time since I used the closed cockpit kayak. She was not happy to be left at home.

Paddled about 100 miles of the Missouri a few weeks ago.

No I haven't. I'll see if I can put one together. It's a very worthwhile trip, especially for US history buffs. Easy paddling also so novices can do it.
