I've read the Allpar site and done a bunch of online searches with no good results, besides this line: "280hp @ 6400 rpm and 90% of its <260ft lbs of> torque between 1600 rpm and 6400 rpm"
I think I even read somewhere that they might reduce the power for versions placed in Wranglers?
I'm really intersted in seeing a dyno sheet on this new v6.
So when can we expect to see one?
I'm secretly hoping that the HP curve looks something like this one:
My expectations for answers aren't high obviously, since the engine isn't even being produced yet, but I guess I'm hoping someone has the inside scoop :snorkel:
If the Wrangler gets something over 250hp & 250ft lbs (without getting heavier or bigger) it will likely be my next vehicle purchase. Otherwise I'm thinking Grand Cherokee since I tow a pop-up over the Rockies and it's killing my XJ's 4.0
