Penthouse bed rails sagging

Anybody notice on the inside of the penthouse where the bed sits that the rails the bed sits on are bowed and sag. Has anybody attempted bending them back up? I thought of putting a 2x4 and jacking it up. Any advise? Thanks!

I’m 6-8, 265lbs in the morning and my wife and I never came close to bending the rails on our Sh%#smobile. I suspect some other factors worth looking into are the issue.
