Looks pretty new, I don't think that the aero nose has been around more than a few years

Price is so low that it makes me wonder why??

The only reason I can think of is that pop up truck campers have not caught on so much in the southeast. To most down here, a "camper" is a 30 foot monster with slideouts and central air. That pop up has been on the local CL for a long time now.it makes me worry about my own resale potential for my old phoenix. I also notice it has no fridge..
