Photo scanning services

Any recomendations for scanning a bunch of old family photographs? The quality ranges from not good to OK. The purpose is to archive my 90 year old mothers massive album collection and get rid of a bunch of clutter.

Price is more important that time frame

I understand this is an old post, but if you have not found a solution I would recommend something like this: https://epson.com/For-Work/Scanners...fection-V550-Photo-Color-Scanner/p/B11B210201 you can do it pretty quickly once you get the hang of it.
