^^^ pretty straightforward unless you have the 46 gallon tank. I don’t have that particular sway bar, but I had to face mine backwards to get it installed due to lack of space that the bigger tank occupied.

Got the Hellwig rear sway bar installed on my 92, I can now officially pass a truck or be passed by a truck or drive in moderate crosswinds without clenching the steering wheel while sweating and sweating profusely.

A worthy upgrade by any measure but what tire pressure are you running? Dropping my PSI a LOT more than I thought I should was the magic trick for my 92.

Cool, you've hit upon the sweet spot, at least in my experience. On a heavy van I prefer 55f/60r with E-rated. 80 psi (recommended by many and put in as standard by most tire places) will make you swear your van suspension is possessed and trying to kill you. In fact, it is with that much air.

Have you done the ambulance front steering damper as well? That helped my 92.

no but i could certainly use something to dampen the action in the front, it's hard to describe but at speed it feels like the steering is way over assisted... perhaps a combo of 60psi front and no damper

I am running 42 to 46 psi on my tires. The pressure you want to set depends on the tires too, not just if they are E rated. I did this table to decide which tire size I was getting. Values are for Falken AT3W. I went with option 4

Old school cool! Ive been a fleet work truck dealer for 12 years, always ignored vans completely. Until I got the van bug I didn't realize how hard it is to find good ones. I just got my hand on this one owner 91 E350 out of Utah. Super nice guy in his 70s used it for his private bicycle touring company since new, garaged (who garages an extended E350???lol) He kept it box stock, is rust free, straight, 184K, Michelin tires, new (not rebuilt, new crate!) 460 at 138K, new trans at 170K, new everything as it was needed, everything works, drives like it did in 91, you cant help but grin behind the wheel.
