I am selling my Longevity Force Cut50D Pilot arc plasma cutter. I have had it about a year, and have been THRILLED with it. It will cut just about anything, and I have done a good sever cut on 1" thick material. It will eat through the typical 3/16 1/4 stuff as fast as you can move and I have never hit the duty cycle. It is capable of running on 110 or 220, but I only have it wired for 220 right now.

I have one reason for selling it- I need a plasma that can accept a machine torch. So, this one must go.

Included:
Plasma cutter
about 25 tips and electrodes
BRAND NEW 25 ft lead
SPARE BRAND NEW 25 ft lead
Old gun from original 12 ft lead

Plasma new is 625

New leads were each 149

Consumables add up to about 150.

Total new value 1075.

So, I am asking 800 for the whole deal and will ship it if needed. Its a very small machine, weighing 28 lbs. Item is located in Palisade, Colorado.

Specs for the machine are:

Operating Voltage:
208/220vac 50/60HZ Input Single Phase 1PH
110/120vac 50/60HZ Input Single Phase 1PH
50amp cut draws 25Amps
40amp cut draws 22.5Amps
230V No Load Voltage, 100-115V Working Voltage

Cutting Specs:
3" Per minute @ 1" Steel (Severance Cut)
7" Per minute @ 3/4" Thick Steel
17" Per minute @ 1/2" Thick Steel

Pilot Arc Starting Technology and Contact Start:
Pilot arc starting technology is one of the most advanced starting technologies for plasma cutters. You will be able to start an arc in the air without every worrying about touching the work piece with the tip of the torch.

Power Specs:
Power Factor 0.93
100% Duty cycle (cut time) at 40amp cut
60% Duty cycle at 50amp cut setting

Air requirements: 70psi @ 4cfm
Internal High Speed Cooling Fan to Regulate Temperature
