Pocket style flares for 80 series Land Cruiser

93-97 flares are now available. They are like the 91-92 flares made from fiberglass and flexible resin. Also, the trim gaskets are now OEM style made from ozone resistant EPDM rubber and use 3M tape on the inside edge. I've been providing trim gaskets kits as a stand alone. PM me for details...

I hope you are gaining interest with these so that the price point becomes better for you and us. I would love to ditch the stock units on my LX450, but have been told the work involved is sound mind prohibitive.

Thank you for commenting. I just sold my only available 93-97 set, but will have another set available in a week or so. I currently have a 91-92 set available. When I have a set listed on ebay it will be for $750 due to the additional selling costs, but if someone on the forum contacts me I will accept $650.

They look a bit Jeep-ish, no?

Do you think Jeeps look rugged yet modern? If so then I would say yes along with Dodge trucks, Ford trucks, GMC trucks, and other Toyota trucks since they are all running around with pocket flare modifications that help cover their tires with a durable solution. If you think Jeeps, Dodge trucks, Ford trucks, Chevy trucks and other Toyota trucks look like sissy trucks then I would say no, but thank you for your sincere cogitation in asking the question.

BTW, I read some of your other posts in replies to other friendly forum goers. Flaming others seems to be a constant theme with you. I'm curious as to why you have such a cynical attitude? Were you unfairly picked on growing up or something?

You're right. There are no rules against being unfriendly. I wondered if it was just me or if you exhibited the same attitude towards others so I checked your other activity and that was when I realized that you are a cynical individual in general. I felt less hated after that. ;)

any ideas of the 100 series???? is it to much to shape them to that model??
I am open to coming up with something for the 100 series, but there are too many pokers in the fire at the moment. Would you like for me to contact you when we get closer to pulling the trigger?

They do look reminiscent of the Commander flairs - but so what? Thats the best looking part of the jeep!:ylsmoke: I've considering a paint job this fall and if so, would like to consider these a bit more closely.

Hi Rippin, good fab. Interested in buying a set for a 93 and a 96 FJ80s, do you have any availabilty. What's the estimated cost?

Sorry, been away for a while and my notifications weren't working (fixed now- I think). I have the cost down to $650 and shipping is running $60-80 in the US. I have sent a set to Australia and the shipping was considerably more. If interested send me your shipping address and specify which whether you would like flares to fit 91-92 mud flaps or 93-97 mud flaps. I'll get you a quote with shipping. Flares are now made to order and it takes 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Here's a picture of them packaged for delivery...
