Thank you! And just to throw out an update... we had a few days straight of icky wet weather with varying temps... I have zero fogging or leaking inside. So no ill effects to the sealing properties after the bake.

I also polished out my mitsu emblem.... it was pink looking before with oxidation. Check out the reflection.

Place on a cookie sheet with foil covering it at 250 degrees for 10 minutes... then if it does not come apart then 5 minutes to heat back up. Then again if needed. The first one I had it in and out of the oven about 5 times due to taking pics as I went. I also needed to take the 2 screws out on the turn signal side, which I did not realize at first. The diy on opening the headlight was down on monterosportonline.

Also for reassembly I put in the back for 10 minutes at 250. Left the lens out. Then I took it out and fitted them together. It got my 99 percent there. A few on the clips were not quite latching. Then 5 more minutes with the whole unit assembled let me push the lens all the way back in tight and the clips to clip tight
