possible BJ74 purchase

I may be buying a BJ74. I'm looking for some experienced eyes to look at a few photos.
The pics are on another forum where there is not much action.

Its hard to tell how bad rust is in a picture. One of those things you really got to be in front of it and poke around a little. Any decent body shop can cover up rust with bondo to make it look pretty.

Another bad place for rust in those is around the windshield, rear window, and the rocker panel.

The owner has told me the windshield frame is shot and should be replaced.

Anyone else with observations?
