I'm wondering what the purpose of the raised section by the edges of the extrusions are for?

I'm more interested in the extrusions than the panels right now. It does seem to be a lot easier to put together than some of the other methods I've seen.

My question also

Sounds great.
I really like the fact that you are making your own extrusions out of fiberglass also. Any change you will be making those in 45 degree angles in addtion to I'm sure the normal 90 degree?

Maybe down the road, but not at the moment.

Sorry guys but there are no 45 degree extrusions planed... Manufacturing cost and the quantity we have to buy are huge.
I believe it should be fairly easy to source flat aluminum that can be bend to any angle at local metal shops. Put one on the out-and inside and you are set.

The new website to great! Lots of useful information, I need to get cracking on my design/requirements.

Several Shipments coming in soon! One going to California, the other to Vancouver BC. We have room for a couple more flatpacked composite boxes in each container. If we get a couple more people together the shipping can be cut down to a fraction!
We can also arrange for freight forwarding.
