Possible to go from 20" rims to 16" rims?

online listings for a 2011 Tahoe show 17" as the baseline and 18" as the upgrade.
Rotor listings show 13" fronts and 13.57 rears, it's not likely a 16" rim will fit over the calipers. Online tire / wheel site doesn't show anything smaller than 17" will fit.
Lots of decent tires in the 17" category. 265/70-17 is about the same height you have now. Any bigger will likely rub without other mods.
