Decided to finally experience doors off driving after owning the wrangler for 2 years.

When compared to these two extremely fine examples of a TJ, a JKU truly does look like a soccer mom's minivan. I bought my Jeep new in 2008, sometimes wish I was able to buy a few years earlier.....

Thanks for the compliment! Though I'm not sure I agree with you about the JKU. 10 years from now everyone will want to build a JKU because they aren't happy with the current Jeep design .

These pictures were taken in 1999. I called her Rock Lobster. I welded (melted together) my own sliders and tire carrier because there were not many companies making accessories for the XJ back then. I was one of Rubicon Express's first customers and I was one of the first XJs through the Rubicon trail in 1997 (all my friends with CJs said it couldnt be done). It was also my daily driver at the time.... 16 years later, I built a green TJ called Green Manalishi.

Welcome. Its good to see another SETX Grand. I am down the road in the BMT/PA area. That is a really clean rig you have there. What size KO2s are you running? I just put a set of 265 70 17s on 2 weeks ago and they are amazing.
