I thought it certainly stretched my rigs capabilities lol. And it made me choose the right lines for our wheel base/ wheels size (34" bf Goodrich all terrains).
The trail was spectacular, the weather amazing, and the camping was some of the best in the high sierras. We got a spot right by buck island lake for the mid way camp out.

Did that campsite by the lake look like this? This is at Buck Island lake.

I've been on here for a while but just bought my first Jeep. It's a 2012 with a few mods already done.. I am debating on putting factory fender flairs back on, and going to the full width ARB bumper with the bull bar. That said, this look is growing on me.

Love the look with the fenders...however here with our weather we get covered in mud instantly.
While I lived near Uvalde only washed the truck and Jeep once a month!!!

I worried about that.. Not mud necessarily, or getting dirty in general, but debris / water / whatever that could make it difficult to see. Am I worrying for nothing? As you know, it can rain pretty stinking hard here, and sometimes it's hard enough to see with the spray coming off of other vehicles.

Long time lurker, finally bought myself a 4x4! 2011 Grand Cherokee Limited 5.7 Hemi with every option available except the air suspension. Absolutely love it, going to set it up for mild over landing and trails. Already ordered the RRO 2.5" lift for it and am looking for tires right now to replace the stock ones for the time being. Also in the market for a roof basket that doesn't sit too high. Owned it for 2 days and have already given the suspension a one over, checked everything below for wear, changed fluids, and plastidipped the chrome. Still have to do the chrome around the windows. Onto the pictures
