Got the trail kitchen installed and used it this weekend. Cheapo cooler was just holding beer, food was in the fridge in the camper but it did pretty well - 3 bags of ice Friday and there were still cubes this afternoon when I emptied it. Good enough for most of my trips, though swimming food is never fun so I'll upgrade at some point.
