Yeah, I don't think I've ever seen my own knuckles so white. Wife refused to be in the Jeep which worked out perfectly because she could be my spotter the whole way down :ylsmoke:

Looks like I'm not the only one My wife also decides that she'll support me from outside the Jeep when it looks like the going is on the scary side. although we've never driven anywhere like that..... yet.

On a serious note, sad to hear about the accidents and fatalities, good advice Camber.

for like the 1000th time, I THINK we're back in action.

Raining this morning. I wanted to drive it to work, but needed my company truck so I dropped it off at the storage yard. Hopefully I'll pick it up again on Friday.

nah i was testing it out by inching in a little at a time, that was as far as i got before water came in the cabin, so i backed out. the drivers side was much higher so i still had the airbox clear of sucking water. with some trail maintenance it was eventually passable. trip report: http://offroadpassport.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3073&page=2

Someone hasn't had his hard top off yet. Drove me nuts to have the soft top back there like that during the break in/delivery drive.

I actually took the soft top out the day after the trip when someone on another forum informed me to do it. Is it bad to leave it in like that for a long time? Mine was in the Jeep for about 30 days (1000 miles)
