Dinkin around with some timelapse shots of the stars rotating above Eastern Utah this weekend, I got to thinking that it sure would be nice if I could plug my camera into my truck and let it run all night.
Canon's AC adapters certainly make this possible, but running an inverter to step from 12v DC to 120v AC to 7.2v DC seems unnecessarily inefficient.
Has anyone worked around this?
