Actually yes there are some very talented people over there, then there are the rest of em. Do you have a link to the thread?

I saw a set on a Ramcharger a guy built that he cut out the door sill plate and replaced with tubing. Looked good but is a kind of permanent mod.

Nope, that thread was years ago. I've been looking for fullsize sliders that are similar for years.

Only thing I've found are ugly ghetto hoops that rob clearance and likely can't withstand the weight of the truck anyways.

There seems to be a huge gap in the market for sliders for full size Dodge trucks. These are only the second commercially available ones I've ever seen. I had been planning on taking the adult ed welding class at the school I work in and wanted to build a set of sliders for my truck based on ones Demello makes for Toyotas but we're kind of strapped for cash and I'll have to wait to buy the metal.

They are in fact very legit. I have them. They're excellent quality and build. You can jack the truck up with them.

Get them in .188 DOM
