Pre RSC vans? What years?

Can someone give some info on what year model of vans were pre-RSC? I've found a few locally that are 2002, but I'm not sure if that is early enough.

I think it became standard in 2008. Years before maybe maybe not. Not sure what first year was but I think 2006. I didn't want one with it either. So I have a 97. That doesn't help much I just realized after I typed it.

07 in wagons, across the board in 2011. No 6.0s ever had it (even though there may be a badge on the door)

BOOM dropping knowledge bombs....but to clarify "Wagons" means passenger vans, Cargos got it in 2011. To my understanding Cutaway chassis never got it
