Aftermarket radiators for the XJ are hit and miss. I've found the OEM Mopar HD MaxCool to be the best. I recently made the drive to Williams and had zero issues with keeping it cool. The gauge never even hit 210.
52080104AC Is the part number. It's a bit spendy, but cheaper than popping a head gasket.
Also, 33's on stock gears is likely a big factor. In my experience the water pump is most efficient around 2200RPM, which you're likely under at highway speeds of 65 with 33's.
